Mamata Govt Building Water ATMs for Rural Bengal

In a mission to rid rural West Bengal of water borne diseases, the state government is building water ATMs that go beyond just quenching thirst. The aim is to give rural West Bengal access to clean drinking water and reduce reliance on contaminated ground water.
