Mumbai: With Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan and the who's who of the entertainment world walking the red carpet, the Lycra MTV Style Awards kicked off on a high note.

And it was none other than the six-pack Khan himself who bagged the award for the MTV Maha Style Icon.

"Thanks a lot, first of all, Lycra MTV Style Awards for thinking that I am good enough to be here and take this iron back home. I thought after they after they show my sequence from Om Shanti Om, there will be no style award given to me," was all SRK had to say.

Hrithik Roshan bagged three solo awards for Stylish Person In A Film, Stylish New Look and Stylish Body and also got a fourth one with Aishwarya Rai for the Most Stylish Couple in Dhoom 2.

Hrithik thanked his stylist saying that that was where the award really belonged.

For this mega event, MTV also tied up with the most-awaited movie of the year Om Shanti Om and that was another reason why the star cast of the film was present in full attendance.

Director Om Shanti Om, Farah Khan said, "Om Shanti Om has a tie up with MTV because I think MTV is the right channel to represent the movie. It's youth oriented, it's irreverent and it has a sense of humour just like my movies."

One thing was for sure, MTV said, 'keep it stylish' and they sure lived up to it.
