It's the biggest talking point in drought hit Karnataka... Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has been operating out of a five-star hotel for the last one year, He's spent over 60 lakhs on this hotel stay in this period, and is now brazening it out ... Kumaraswamy has dismissed the opposition's questions, saying he is used to staying in a five star hotel as well as huts... But questions refuse to die down... How and why is he functioning from a 5-star hotel in Bengaluru? Does it behove of the Chief Minister of a state which has a financial crisis, where - 23 out of 30 district have been declared as drought hit to display such a lavish lifestyle... the Chief Minister's Office in a reply to an RTI application had said that the expenses are not paid for by the government. But then, who is paying the hefty hotel bills and why?
