10 years ago Shah Feasal was Kashmir’s first IAS topper. He had put his faith in the Indian state and held up as a role model for young Kashmiris. Today he’s quit the service and plans to reimagine electoral politics to help find an urgent and permanent solution to the Kashmir issue.
