Reporters Project this week is going from Kerala right up to Kashmir. Zeba Warsi brings you the story of Kerala fishermen who voluntarily joined the rescue operations during Kerala floods. Their bravery and generosity have become the stuff of legends. But what are their lives like, these people who have to negotiate nature’s challenges everyday? Also, Mufti Islah travels to some of the villages in South Kashmir to find out how the young victims of pellet guns and stone pelting are coping. It is to be mentioned that the use of pellet guns to counter street protests and stone pelting in Kashmir has resulted in horrific injuries including blindings.
