The Big Debate: Who Was Responsible For 'Emergency-Like Situation?

The Supreme Court in its observation today said something that should be a clear message to law enforcement agencies and also those instigating protestors and causing chaos. It said that people agitating may not have even read the SC judgment on the SC/ST Act and some vested interests may also be behind the Dalit protests in which 11 people have died across the country.
