VVIP culture has reared its ugly head again. This time, it’s in Punjab where police’s security wing has sent a proposal to replace cars in Prakash Badal and his son Sukhbir Badal's fleets. Not just that, they also sought new bullet-proof vehicles for other Badals, including Sukhbir's brother-in-law. The bill runs up to a whopping 9 crore rupees. Punjab's finance minister Manpreet Badal said the Badals are among the richest people in north India and if they want bullet-proof vehicles, they can buy it themselves.
