Watch: Students’ Affectionate Cries Stop Teacher from Leaving

A Tamil Nadu Government High School teacher were left heartbroken after their teacher walked out of the school with a transfer order. They held onto G Bhagwan, their beloved English teacher of the Government High School in Veliagaram, Thiruvallur, crying and persuading him otherwise. They grabbed him by his hand and shirt and waist and refused to let go. The teacher, too, got emotional and cried along with the students. This special gesture moved even the bureaucracy, who stayed his transfer for 10 days, after which it will be decided if he should stay in Veliagaram school or go to the new school.
