Afghan Rebels Announce Govt In Exile Under Amrullah Saleh; Call Taliban “External Force”

Afghan Embassy in Switzerland has released a statement announcing a govt in exile of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The embassy said that the govt in exile led by former VP Amrullah Saleh is the “only legitimate” govt in Afghanistan.
