How PDP Leaders Brokered Deals With Hizbul And Lashkar To Win Elections

PDP politician, Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra has been arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Parra has been accused of using a govt vehicle to transport terrorists. He allegedly conducted negotiations with jihadist groups on behalf of former J&K CM, Mehbooba Mufti.
