Why China’s Confucius Institutes Are Under The Scanner In India & Abroad?

Indian govt has announced a review of the Confucius Institutes (CI) in colleges across the country. As per reports, Indian chapters of CIs & Confucius Classrooms in seven colleges & universities is under the scanner.
