Why is Pak PM Imran Khan Keen On Kashmir Dialogue With India?

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan brought up the Kashmir issue yet again at the world stage. This time he was addressing the Sri Lanka-Pakistan Trade and Investment Conference which he co-chaired with counterpart Mahinda Rajapaksa. Imran Khan said that Pak offered India an opportunity to hold peace talks in 2018.
