Another fire tragedy in Kolkata, no lessons learnt?

At least 20 people died in the Kolkata fire tragedy on Wednesday and a political blame game between the Trinamool Congress and the Left ensued. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata banerjee said people should be responsible for their own safety.
