CPI-M Leader Mohammed Salim held Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee responsible for the killing of two of his party workers during the third phase of polling in 62 assembly seats in West Bengal. He said, "It is not a clash but an attack to fulfill the wishes of Bengal CM. The Chief Election Commission and district magistrate should intervene in to the matter."
