TMC, BJP scuffle in Lok Sabha: Who is to be blamed?

Unruly scenes were witnessed in Parliament as Trinamool Congress MPs on Tuesday alleged that some Bhartiya Janata Party MPs threatened to beat them in Lok Sabha. The TMC also alleged that one of the BJP MPs was drunk but they cannot say who it was.
