Chennai: Continuing his tirade against the Congress, Karti Chidambaram has yet again lashed out at the party and asked them to take lessons from the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.

In a series of tweets, Karthi said no one is invincible and that state politics needs a credible leader and an agenda. "Congrats #AAP on a fabulous win. Many lessons to learn for the Congress particularly for us in the #TNCC. Need a face n an agenda. Will we? Lessons from #AAPSweep, no one is invincible, state politics needs a credible leader n an agenda. People want leadership at their doorstep," he tweeted.

Karthi's comments come in the wake of the party's debacle in the Delhi Assembly elections. When questioned over his tweets, he said that he stood by his his remarks.

Karthi in the past has often given statements against the party line. He was recently served a show-cause notice by the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee Chief for speaking against the party.

He had earlier also criticised Congress high command saying that the Congress needs to to revisit the observer style of functioning. "Tamil Nadu Congress requires more autonomy. Solution cannot come from Delhi. I would like state unit to be like Kerala. It is an independent strong unit. They run unit in autonomous manner," Karti had said.
