Jalgoan: In a major embarrassment to former President Pratibha Patil, a court in Jalgoan, Maharashtra named her brother as an accused in a murder case. 
 
Patil's younger brother Gajendra Narayan Patil and former MLA Dr Ulhas Patil have been named accused in a criminal case that dates back to 2005. 
 
One Vishram Patil was hacked to death in September 2005. 
 
This murder case was raked up by the Bharatiya Jansta Party in 2007 when Congress nominated Pratibha Patil for the President's post.
