National Herald case: Will the law catch-up with top Congress leadership?

Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi have been summoned by a Delhi court on August 7 in the National Herald case. The court has found prima facie evidence against Sonia in the case and she has been summoned as accused after Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy has alleged that the Congress gave an unsecured loan to Sonia-owned Young Indian Ltd to acquire National Herald's holding company Associated Journals.
