In such times, many smartphone apps have been offering platforms aimed at helping you calm your nerves, and find answers to your anxiety. But, do they really work? Here, we try to find out how each of these apps work, and speak to Dr Vishal Sawant, a veteran psychiatrist, about the clinical effectiveness of these apps.
