Russia Downs Kyiv’s Drone In Kursk, France Seeks Terror Tag For Wagner, Rocket Hit Kills Journalist

Russia's air defence forces shot down an "enemy" drone in the Kursk region bordering Ukraine, its governor said on May 10. French video journalist Arman Soldin, who worked for AFP, has been killed in a Russian rocket strike near Bakhmut. He was with four colleagues at the time of the attack but the other journalists were not injured, AFP reported. The French parliament called on the EU to formally label the Wagner group as a “terrorist organisation”. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the French parliament and urged other countries to follow suit.
